Ailsa Wiggans (Director)
Profile:
The Active Solutions team is led by Ailsa Wiggans who has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources and Training and has held a variety of HR and Training Management roles with such organisations as the RAF, Boots the Chemist and Nestlé. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is qualified in a range of psychometric tools including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

The Active Solutions team covers the full spectrum of human resources and training including areas such as employment law, recruitment, policies and procedures, personal development and coaching, management development and general training.
Each team member brings their own specialist knowledge and experience.
